Marlborough Training and Consultancy was founded by two directors who have a wealth of experience in the training field. They were part of a team which founded its first training company in the nineties.

Their desire to provide quality training at affordable prices came from many years of senior management during which a great deal of training was purchased. It was the mixed quality and value that spurred the team on to provide something better.

Marlborough now works across a range of sectors within the UK and abroad including corporate clients, public sector and not for profit organisations. We deliver well in excess of 1,000 training events each year and have over 16,000 people using our e-learning or materials at any one time.

At Marlborough we work with all kinds of financial services businesses including all aspects of general insurance, along with a variety of other organisations including corporate clients and PLCs, local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations and a number of charities.

We specialise in providing business and management skills training and technical insurance and financial services training. We provide the skills to enable new cultures and ways of working to flourish. Our trainers are experienced in the subjects they teach, often from their own backgrounds and experience.
