ILM

Marlborough is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and provides a wide range of learning which can lead to a qualification from the ILM.

This can be done through the syllabuses of the national standard qualifications or we can create bespoke programmes which meet the precise needs of the organisation and then have the programme endorsed by the ILM which still means a qualification can be gained.

Our tutors are very supportive of delegates, both during the workshops and also by offering guidance in completing the assignments. In our experience, delegates who take the advice of the tutor will tend to pass the programme and gain a qualification.

We have worked with the ILM for many years and we understand what they are looking for. We both share the belief that learning needs to be translated into action so our programmes can generally be accredited, even if not all the delegates wish to undertake the assignments and gain the qualification.
