Trainers

We select our trainers on the basis of ability but also because of their personality and ability to connect with people. This is particularly relevant for business and leadership skills training where the ability of staff to connect with people is essential.

Our trainers come from all walks of life but all have had practical experience of helping others to succeed. Most of our trainers have been with us for several years now and know how much we expect from them.

We have a diverse range of trainers because our clients are themselves diverse and we always seek to ensure we have a cultural match between trainer and client. The chemistry between client and trainer is vital to ensure the client organisation gets what it needs so we don't just select a trainer based on geography.

We are very careful in selecting our trainers and generally we will only accept a trainer if recommended by an existing trainer of ours. Our reputation is only as good as our last training event so we are very choosy.

We look after our trainers, offering them all the support we can and we believe in a family culture of shared goals and ethics. Only if our trainers are motivated by Marlborough will they deliver their best for Marlborough.
