We believe that a very powerful way to learn is through well structured workshops. These provide the chance for people to get involved and become part of the course itself.
Our training workshops are very interactive and are designed to allow delegates to enjoy the learning experience and work well with colleagues whilst gaining valuable skills vital in their professional life.
No two workshops are exactly the same. The skills learned may be the same but the difference comes from the mix of delegates on each workshop. Each workshop is created as much by the delegates as by the tutor.
We believe that learning should be enjoyable. No-one should be embarrassed or feel pressurised, yet all should feel challenged and be able to feed their imaginations.
The real day to day benefits of the learning should continue for a long time after the course is over. Only by making the courses relevant and practical will this happen. We don't focus too much on theory, except where this is relevant.
We also encourage awareness and involvement from the managers of the delegates. By making use of the new skills and by challenging the delegates to put their learning into action, the outcomes of the training last much longer and have greater impact.
We don't embarrass delegates but we do enable them to take part and make a real contribution to the course. Our optional pre-course preparation for delegates makes sure they know what to expect on the day and what they will get out of the day.
